Dual (dissimilar) subs in HT ?

I'm presently using a Carver (Sunfire) subwoofer in my HT.
I also happen to have an Energy 12" sub from a previous life.
Any way I can utilize the two, or should I sell the Energy.
Don't think the details regarding the rest of the system are pertinent to this question, so I won't waste bandwidth. TIA Impoverished.
