I am trying to decide between a front projector and a 73" Mitsubishi rear projector TV.. The decision is not easy. The amount of money is considerable, and I don't want to make a mistake. I saw a Yamaha DLP projector at Tweeter on Sunday and the image on a 6'-6" screen was great. BUT, the rainbow pattern was noticable when I moved my eyes quickly from side to side. I was told that the new projectors that will be released soon will correct this problem, but they will cost over $10,000!!!!!!! Currently, I don't know what to do.
