You should give a look towards audio refinement, they have a really great preamp called PRE2-DSP. Audio refinement is the "condumer" brand of YBA, therefore it benefits from all YBA parts, but at a more afodrable price (also they are built in Taiwan).
You will find 220/230v as it is a french product (220v).Hope it helps.
