Hello my friends:

During the last few years I have been building a nice audio-system, I think I am almost done (please check it out below). And now for this Christmas I plann to buy a high quality TV. My budget for that is around 2k, and the sizes I like are 32" and 36", both of them good sizes for my dedicated medium-size room.

I have visited WIZZ and P.C. Richardson and the model I like most is the Sony KV36HS500 monitor: it is High-Definition, tube, 2 tuner picture-in-picture, 3d digital comb filter, Trusurround with SRS3daudioeffect, etc.; I have read also many good reviews about it. The price is around 2k, which is not cheap, but I am looking for something for long-term enjoyment without constant, expensive up-grades.

But my friends I am new in this field, so I am not so sure about the specs and details I should check in each model. So please tell me: which other brands/models should I suggest before buging? give your insights, guys, any suggestion/comment from you will be very wellcome... best regards, Antonio Machado.
