What I'm seeking to determine is whether you are always guaranteed to get a "reasonable" and usable signal from the DVD players analog stereo outputs regardless of what kind of disc is being played.If this is the case then one can enjoy DVD movies in stereo while getting all the necessary audio information, albeit without the surround sound.
Please advise.
