Anyone know of any Receivers or Preamps having Remotely Controlled Tone Controls for Handicapped ?

I am trying to put a modest system together for my friend who had a stroke, and is permanetly partially paralyzed.
Anyone know of any , even older receivers havin the ability to remotely control the bass and treble ?
He listens to old Polka recordings that arent very well recorded.
