I bought a NAD T562 DVD player with progressive scan, but I'm thinking about trading it in for a Cambridge Audio DVD 300. The reason being that the NAD and my Audio Refinment pieces create a hum through the digitial cable. We tried everything to fix the hum, but in the end--the Cambridge is much quieter. I do watch movies, but I listen to music all the time. Both players satisfy me musically. Plus, I can't really tell the difference between the two in terms of picture quality. I plan to do some more testing... . . but the Cambridge looks better to me than some of the cheaper players WITH progressive scan.Any thoughts.
