A couple years ago I bought a 16:9, directview, flatscreen TV. A pretty expensive set, of course, but I really like it. Anyway, a couple months ago I took it into a shop because it had a problem. It's still in the shop... (I've used the shop before always with good results) They haven't been able to fix it, and they now think the "digital control module" (?) needs to be replaced. It's a 4 or 5 hundred dollar part and they don't want to buy one in case it doesn't work. They haven't been able to find a loaner here in the SF bay area, either. Any ideas what I should do? Anybody know of a place in the SF bay area that could fix it? It's a Panasonic, btw...
Thanks, Eric H
