Hi thereWell, there's the RJ3600, by RJ Technology Inc.
Multiregion : yes, zone free
Plays SVCD (among other things) : yes, DVD, SVCD, DVCD, CDV, CD, HDCD, and more
Random MP3 playing (shuffle) : ?
Progressive Scan : yes
Pro Logic II : ? RJ3600 has built-in DD and DTS decoder
Good video and audio capabilities (or at least decent) : ???I've only seem a unit at DVD Pro in Fountain Valley, CA.
