Any graphic video card that has a VIVO (video in/Video out) or TV out feature will allow you to connect your pc to a regular TV using a regular video cable. Lots of brands to choose from. I have an ATI but ASUS, Leadtek, Forsa, MSI, Matrox also make them. Chaintech even has an SVideo out capability.
