DVD storage

61.92.147.60

I’ve been looking for a good way to store my ever growing collection of DVD’s. A few days ago I learned of a new disc storage line (from the news section here on the asylum) and figured I could give the SLAPPA cases a shot. I ordered a few site unseen (except for the pics at the website). I just got them today 4 days after ordering them and have to tell you, they are very nice cases….the nicest I have seen or used.

I like the look of the site (www.slappa.com) and also found it very easy to navigate around. It was very convenient to have the shopping cart “follow me” as I traveled throughout the site. They sell some other nice looking stuff there but I can only vouch for the DVD cases.

It was a little disappointing to see that the review by TNT Audio was not yet posted. I sent an e-mail to their cutomer service dept.to ask about this and I was amazed to get a response from them within an hour. I bet they are a small company, but I can’t tell you how many small, large and medium sized companies I have e-mailed for service and have NEVER heard back from. What I really liked was there was a line at the bottom of the e-mail stating “If your enquiry was not handled in a timely or professional manner please send an e-mail to our president at ……”

I shop quite a bit online and have to say this site is set up to facilitate the most discerning online shopper. I hope they do not go the way of others who get too big to care about their customers. I have never seen these guys in retail stores yet (although their press release says they are in stores)

I am only recommending this because I think it is a great product and great service. I do not work for the company and have no affiliation with them.
