Sometimes it depends on the website and if the video is truly streaming video, it might be difficult to capture. I'm not saying it can't be done but I don't have the tools to do it.

With some websites, the video is cached in a temporary directory. You can sometimes play the entire video clip and before closing your player, find the file in the cache directory and save it. You can do this with the Apple website where they show off a number of QuickTime movie trailers.
