Toshiba 27AF43 -- different from AF42?

Amazon is selling a Toshiba 27AF43 TV for under $300. Does anyone know how this model differs from the highly-regarded 27AF42 (which sells for more)? I can't find a reference to it on the Toshiba website. Is it a new model that replaces the AF42?
