I feel Outlaw is better than most of the cheaper stuff sold by the "big box stores" (CC/Best Buy). I've owned the ICBM for over a year now, with no problems. When it's time to buy a new A/V pre/pro, to supplement my audio only preamp, the 950 is on my short list (plus it has a built-in AM/FM tuner to boot)Rotel is another brand to check out, their new pre/pro, looks more finished than the Outlaw does.
