roblem I had. No sound. Well if you turned up the volume on the TV all the way up - wispher sound.Found this post online. Worked for me like a charm. Just take out C928. No skill required just wiggle it until it pops out. It's hard to pick out C928 but it is right next to 929.

Toshiba mod is to remove C928 not replace it, check and change C927 and C929 if faulty
