Might be a powerbuy brewing over there. I'm very interested to see this set when it comes out. (I love PixelPlus for SD on my current Philips HDTV.)I got my 34" direct view Philips through an online discounter dealing in refurbs. Saved around $1000 on a $2500 set and had a full factory warranty. It's been a perfect set. Dounbt this source will get the 44PL9773 anytime soon, plus I'm not sure I'd go that route with a new technology like LCoS.
