Closest I can come is having a Trial in room gold sub.
While I can't respond to your questions re sound, I can tell you Trial has impressive service. I bought the sub used off e bay, and wonderful UPS squashed it in transit. Even though it was used, and also a discontinued model, Triad was able to repair it for me at a very reasonable fee. Gave me terrific service.The sub sounds impressive too. Beats the pants off the old M&K unit I previously used.
