Hi,
I'm not sure if this is even the right forum to post this in, but here goes:I have done multitrack audio for a while, but never audio for video. Now, I am interested in recording audio AND video of a live performance. I realize that I could just mix down everything to two channels and then send it to the audio input of the camera (a Canon GL2), but I would like to do multitrack audio if at all possible. For multitrack, I usually use a laptop with Adobe Audition and an Echo Layla 24 soundcard. Does anyone know of a way to sync the multitrack audio to the video using more or less this equipment set up? Is there another way (using other equipment?) that this should be done?
Thanks in advance.
Dave
