I just noticed (after a year) that on my 'Scientific Atlanta' digital cable TV box (Adelphia is my cable co.), the video/audio output going to my digital Sony RPTV is connected via the old fashioned way... mainly, a typical 75 ohm coaxial cable!! I also noticed that the digital cable box also has an S-video output as well. Would I obtain a better/sharper picture and audio if I connected my digital cable to my TV via the S-video output of the digital cable box (also connecting separate L and R audio cables to the same input on the TV? I know good cables can cost some decent bucks, so I am hoping to get some answers or hear experiences of others regarding the above topic. Thanks.
