Any suggestions on a HD Video Combiner ???

All,

I would appreciate it if you could recommend a video combiner that could input 2 high definition screens and output a single overlayed high definition stream. The combiner would have to support chroma key transparencies to allow the underlying stream to show through the overlayed stream where the chroma color is present in the overlayed stream.

I know this is a strange request, but I would still appreciate any recommendations or pointers.
