There's no difference. An awesome, fairly low-cost solution (when compared to some others out there) is to use Belden 1695A for composite and/or 3 runs of it for component. The component video will look much, much better than composite video quality, when using the same cables. There are many vendors offering this cable, shoot me an email and we can talk more about it if you want.
