What's up with this $200-250 shipping charge from the dot.com plasma resellers?????

Is this just margin enhancement or is that actual shipping costs?

With delivery fees that high, it's the equal of paying local sales tax from buying it from a local brick and mortar. Then I don't have to deal with shipping damage.

Any opinions.
