I received a flyer ad in the mail from VOOM but I felt the price of entry was too high. The proprietary STB and dish was expensive and it wasn't clear to me that they offered anything other than HD.... limited at that. I'm speaking not from personal experience with their service but the impression I got from their ad (so I tossed it).
