The only ones I know of are the Integra Research, top of the line Lexicon and Bryston. With the Bryston an external video switcher is required. The new Integra pre/pro has balanced outputs, but I am uncertain if it is a true balanced design. The pre/pro pickings are rather slim and very high priced compared to older stereo gear so I have stayed with a conventional high resolution stereo and a separate home theater. Good luck!
