Good afternoon! I think I'm ready to replace my 32" Panasonic Gaoo. It's not progressive scan compatible, and the picture quality isn't very good. It doesn't seem to like s-video because my ps2 and Starchoice satellite look like garbage through the s-video inputs. I recently replaced my el-cheapo panasonic dvd player with a Denon 2900 using the component output and it's at least watchable now. The size is perfect for the viewing area though, so I want to stay in the 32 range. I'd like to go flat-screen, maybe even wide, with progressive and possibly HD compatibility. I just want great picture quality without all the little extras that I'll never use. Price limit is about $2500 Canadian. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
