When connecting a DVD player to a TV the picture gets brighter and then dimmer...continuously...it seems as if it pulsing every 1/2 second from dim to bright. I have seen this problem twice, in different locations with different TV's and DVD players. Has anyone else experienced this and/or have a fix for this problem? The TV works fine with any other device attached (i.e., Play Station, VCR).
