the impedance of the cable, the dielectric and the smoothness of the surface of the conductors probably all outweigh the having a solid silver conductor. I think most of the best video cables have a silver coating so silver on the surface of the conductor does help, but since the signal is such a high frequency and such low power, the signal probably doesn't penetrate the wire like analog wires.Just my thoughts...
