vibration of image on PROGRESSIVE TV

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

My TV operates progressively on any input source, according to the manufacturer Samsung.
However, some images vibrate very much.
If I play My Fair Lady DVD (played on non-progressive DVD player), the white letters at the beginning of the movie vibrate.
If I watch broadcast news, letters of some colors on some background color vibrates.
Is this normal? Or does it indicate that my TV is not operating progressively?
