Bravo D1 W/ Sony Kv-34xbr910 CRT

Ok ok ok i know that DVI works best with DLP or Plasma Tv's but i just ploped down $2500 for the Sony Kv-34xbr910 CRT ( Stand, etc. .. ) and got the bravo D1 ( updated firmware , trading it in when a new better DVI dvd player is realsed for a ok price ) ... Will it have any effect on watching dvd's ? better then RBG ? same ? i havent got either yet but will in the next few days .. FYI i dont currently have a prog scan dvd player , just a JVC with RBG inputs .. so would a cheap-o Prog Scan player give me the same image as the DVI on a CRT tube ? Thanks
