Hi,You did not specify how much you would like to spend but i should say that the philips 963SA is a good option for you. besides DB and DTS decoding with line level outputs, it also plays SACD and DVD audio.
On the video side, it has faroudja processing circuits for excellent image. All in all it is an excellent player for US$ 499,00 or less. i have one in my hometheater setup and always am stunned by the video and sound quality.
