Please keep in mind that when you call service center (or shop), technicians NEVER answer the phone. It is just a clueless beautiful eye-blinking girl who needed 3 year education just to spell her name.
Call several shops arround your area (they don't have to be Sharp), and ask if you can talk to some of the technicians.
Explain what you want, and leave your phone number for them to call you after they talk to other technicians.
You cannot expect everyone to know everything. Let them talk to each other a bit.
