My 6 year old Sony N300 DVD player has intermittent video connection problems, so I'm replacing it. It was a good multi-function player because it had a discrete redbook laser for CD play and a coax out for my DAC. Asylum DVDP reviews are both thin and kinda old. I'd appreciate recommendations for a replacement player that will support a 42 to 50-inch HDTV(later this year) and has coax out for a redbook DAC if possible. Budget: $300ish.
