First you need to do some detective work. Try to identify where the signal is getting into your sytsrem. Just disconnect things and add them back one at a time. It is possible that the RF interference is getting into the CD or DVD player but more likely being picked up by the cables or speaker wires.High RF fields can overload equipment front ends and this can be difficult to remedy. Better enlosure shielding and grounding can be tried but it is usually a design issue. Many consumer electronics are just not built to be used in a very high RF field which could be the case you are in.
More likely your RF is being picked up by you wires. Try changing the length and position of the speaker wires. Shorter if possible. Shorting capacitors can be used but could effect the sound so would avoid them. Shilded cables may help. Balanced cables are best for this purpose but may not be an option for your equipment.
RF can be riding in on th AC line. Make sure grounding is good and try a good quality line filter. Some do not have RF filtering however.
Also, remember that RF can enter via the CATV or phone line if these are cannected to your system in any way. Filters are available.
