I have 60WE610 myself. Definitely get as much HD source as you can. True HD sources like Discovery HD, HD Net, HD NMV just are indescribable on my Sony at 1080i via DVI.

Also pick up a nice DVI DVD player that upconverts to 1080i. I have the Zenith DVB318, but it does have a bit of white crush via DVI(which doesn't bother me much given the spectacular PQ), but you could pick up a Momitsu or the new Bravo D2..
