If you have any DVD's with the THX optimizer, follow the directions. That would be a good place to start. Other than that, I suggest you consider purchasing one of the A/V calibration DVD's such as Digital Video Essentials or Avia. Not only do these discs have video calibration patterns, but are very useful (essential, IMO) in properly setting up your audio settings. For the audio setting you will also need a sound pressure level meter, most commomly found at Radio Shack.Good luck,
