I have a 6 year old Mitsubishi 48" rear projection TV. No progressive scan. Colors good, picture faia but the dot crawl is awful, especially on DVD. Also, I may have see for the first tiem the chroma bug, in a TV show last night, guy holding a red object moved it rapidly, adn it changed size and went out of focus. Not the ame as the chroma bug, but...
Also, the detail such as faces in a crwod are just mush.Does my TV deed adjustment. Would a progressive scan YV improve or fix this? Does HDTV fix this? Is my TV obsolete?
The Samsung with DLP has one heck of a picture. And the 50" is on the web at $2550 delivered!!!
