Broke binding post on Pioneer Elite receiver

I broke one of the binding posts on my Pioneer 55TXi receiver this weekend. I was so upset. They really are pretty cheap, so I'm not surprised. Instead of lugging my whole receiver into the shop and being without it for a couple weeks, I'd love just to fix it myself.
Does anyone know where I can source one of these parts? Can it be repaired easily?
