I posted this in the Hi-Rez section, but thought perhaps this is a better place for it.I have recently purchased a Denon 3805, and now need to set up some type of switching for the 5.1 Analog signals out of my Panasonic Xp-50 DVD player and my Sony NS-500V SACD player. I bought two Sony Video switchers, the ones that switch Composite Video, Left, and right. Is it OK to use the composite video RCA cabling and switch ports for the Center and Subwoofer channels? I believe in my experience you can send audio on the video cables fine, but sending video on the audio cables can cause problems for the video.
Is this a decent, cheap way to switch multichannel analog sources?
