McIntosh processor loop.....how to connect to other McIntosh pre?

Hey folks,
I have a McIntosh C41 2 channel preamp with a ``record processor`` loop and a McIntosh C39 audio/video control preamp also with a ``record processor`` loop. Can I and how would it work to connect both of these units and have the best of both worlds...2 channel and HT? I have a 2 channel power amp as well as 6 channel HT amp ( all McIntosh ) Reason wanting to do this is both systems will be in the same room.
