Actually, I decided against them after reviewing the specs and taking a closer look at the rear photograph. (They do not provide data sheets and they never returned my e-mails.)
For two reasons:
First, this will not work for me because it does not have multi-channel analog inputs (see original post). It only had stereo analog input.
Which brings me to my second reason, and that is because digital input is ONLY through optical toslink jacks! No coaxial digital at all!
A couple of analog stereo inputs, some optical digital, and a line out (a single RCA).

Which is too bad since it otherwise looks like a well built multi-channel amplifier.
