I do not know who "Bruce" is. I do know that the buck stops somewhere, at least that people always tell me, and that place is usually with the people at the top. Which is where the Republicans currently are. Certainly, the situation would be no different if the Democrats controlled. But it is unfair for "Bruce", or anyone, to place the blame with the Democrats.Reminds me of GATT and NAFTA. Dems. now complain about jobs going to Mexico, blame Republicans, but never mention that Clinton advocated and signed the bills. Well, that is where the buck stops.
