The manual is pretty straight forward about hooking up your components. If you don't have the manual, go to onkyousa.com to their downloads page and you can download and print the manual. Now, if you're talking about speaker set-up (not connections), I'm lost there too. I know I can simply set all speakers to small with subwoofer connected and run with that. I want more flexibility in my sound choices, but neither Onkyo's website nor the owner's manual give you much help in this.
