I have read so many posts about this company but, yet noone ever says anything bad. Even this guy cv said that his denon works fine. If I bought something that was supposed to be new and it wasn't I would return it regardless of whether or not it works, but that's me. I have bough ALOT of equipment from them...NEVER a problem and always willing to stand behind their products. Don't pay retail anymore, if they are willing to sell it for little or no profit..grab it.
