Unless there is a specal device designed for this purpose,
I think you would need to get a crossover for each channel
then a small mixer to mix all the channels to one output.Please note, when your mashing all those different channels
into one lump sum, especially at such high frequencys for a sub,
your totally blowing your directionality and more then likely
just creating mud.But you never know, you just may get it right...
I would check for some 19" rack mount gear at your local pro
sound music store like Sam Ash or Guitar Center.TLR
