First of all: never spend that kind of money without twisting a few knobs! Also, this may or may not have been intentionaly deceptive on the store's part. More likely it was some idiot sales "advisor" who thinks it looks better that way or somebody like you who walked in, grabbed the remote and started pushing buttons. Then again it could very well be a sales tactic in wich case- see my original point.
