DVD players with digital decoders and inputs for satellite???

I am looking to buy a dvd player that is also a high quality CD player (one that will have better sound quality than my current $200 sony 5 disc changer), and it also must decode HDCD's. I also need it to have a dolby digital decoder and hopefully digital inputs so I can decode my satellite broadcasts in dolby digital. I know there are not many out there that have digital inputs, but is there anything that fits my needs or do I have to buy a separate decoder? thanks folks!!
