I need to delay a subwoofer signal (from sub output from reciever) to the amplifier that will drive a tactile transducer bolted to the couch. Assuming sound travels 1129 ft/sec in 70 degrees Far, I need 9mS of delay.I read a review that used a digitech that cost less than $100.
