TOshiba 43PJ service mode : how to use ?

Hi,
playing around with a universal remote control, I found the codes for entering various service modes on my Toshiba rear projector 43PJ93.
Service modes appear as a series of binary and hexadecimal numbers on the upper lmeft of the screen.
I didn't dare to do anything while these numbers were displayed, to avoid problems. Still, I think these modes are related to a fine tubes calibration and I'd like to know more.
If anybody already played around with these modes, please tell me, I know some other TOshiba users who will be pleased to learn about it.
