Re: PAL to NTSC converter

Where do you live? I ask this question because here in Australia many TVs for sale (even the cheapest Sonys) can handle either PAL or NTSC. In recent years videorecorders which can handle NTSC as well as PAL have become available.

The above is not a direct answer to your question but might give you a lead to follow.
