Well, I'm having another problem with this piece of crap! I originally had black bars on the left side of the screen. Got that fixed "ONLY" after the service repair clown found a bulletin. He first refused to fix it, saying that was the design.
Well, now I have another problem, the RF signal on the coaxial input is "BLEEDING" over to the video 2 input on the composite connection. Fortunately not on the S-video input, so I can use my DVD player without problem on that connector.I have not even had this piece of crap 2 years, and it's on the second failure!
Well, with the first problem, the service tech gave me a REAL HARD TIME and said the bars were in the design and he could not fix something that was in the design. I pretty much called him an idiot and incompetent. He left without fixing it, and we were definitely not fond of each other. Hours later he called stating he found a bulletin. He came and added a simple ground wire. It was fixed, and now he was acting all friendly. Only hours ago he gave me a hard time and we had words. Something how a bulletin can make them see the light!
Well, not like I would really want anyone to have this problem, as I do, BUT if anyone has had it, can you give me a bulletin number that I can reference to the service tech.
Thanks, I appreciate that as it's very helpful.
